    HAWKER shall be required to collect and use the user\u2019s data for the following purposes:

    1. How long shall HAWKER keep these data?<\/strong>
      Regarding commercial information requests and commercial prospecting, the user\u2019s data shall be kept for three (3) years after the last contact with HAWKER.
      Personal data shall be deleted when the retention periods expire.  However, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided under the applicable limitation periods.<\/li>
    2. How shall personal data be protected?<\/strong>
      Personal data of users shall be stored with third-party hosting providers OVH, Microsoft on servers in France and Microsoft\u2019s European cloud.  HAWKER shall implement physical and technical security measures to protect personal data from any prohibited access or intrusion.  These measures shall include the implementation of specific technologies designed to protect user privacy, such as secure servers, data backup, firewalls and SSL encryption, as well as the use of complex passwords (8 characters minimum, composed of numbers, letters, a capital letter and a special symbol) already in place on Office 365 and which shall be extended to all applications.<\/li>
    3. What shall be the rights of users?<\/strong>
      <\/strong>The user shall have a right to access, rectification, deletion and opposition, a right to limit processing, a right to data portability, and the right to define guidelines relating to the storage, deletion, and communication of his data after his death.
      The user shall also have the right to withdraw his consent at any time.

      The user shall be free to complain with the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) concerning the processing of his data by HAWKER.
